Caribbean Lionfish

We are pleased to welcome Mr. Frank Falesch as a member of our staff. Frank comes with impressive credentials that should compliment the current roster. He is a published writer and an avid hobbyist. Mr. Falesch has a B. S. in Marine Biology from Hawaii Pacific University and worked at the Oceanic Institute in Hawaii before relocating here.

Frank’s background has been mainly with husbandry of marine food fish and shrimp, but he has worked with marine ornamentals such as the flame angel (Centropyge loriculus), yellow tang (Zebrasoma flavescens), and harlequin shrimp (Hymenocera picta). He has maintained fresh water aquariums since the age of 10. For the past 14 years he has been maintaining marine aquarium setups such as FOWLR (fish only with live rock), soft coral, reef, and breeding setups. Current interest lies with breeding onyx percula clown fish (Amphiprion percula), fraging corals, and pelagic spawning fish.
