Old Orchard Aquarium Online-Store utilizes a flat rate shipping method based on your purchase total. Rates apply to continental U.S. ONLY! Your order will ship via USPS Mail or UPS Ground.
In-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 2-5 business days after the order is received. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours via UPS.
If you need to expedite your order via Next Day or 2nd Day Delivery Service, Please Call us at 847-675-FISH (3474).
As long as the item is in stock and you place your order before 4PM CST, we can ship it the same day.
Please call-in all requests for expedited shipments to make sure your order will be processed the same day.

After an order ships, the tracking information including the estimated delivery date and the tracking number is automatically sent directly to you via e-mail. (Orders shipped via the US Postal Service will receive Delivery Confirmation Number.)

MISSING ITEMS
Check the amount of tracking numbers you should have received. Verify you have received all boxes and checked all packing material for small items. Check your invoice to verify that the item missing is not on back-order.
Sometimes a package gets separated from its order and does not get scanned by FedEx or UPS right away. Either way, give it a week to see if all the items on your order arrive. If not, give us a call or e-mail and we will start a tracer with FedEx or UPS for the lost package.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of arrival. All damage claims must be filed with your carrier. We are more than happy to provide you with full assistance in this unlikely event. Please note that orders cannot be returned, cancelled, or rejected due to shipping delays unless express service was requested at the time of ordering.
If a package is damaged by UPS, FedEx, Airborne Express, or DHL, Old Orchard Aquarium Online - Store will file the claim with the carrier.
If a package is damaged via USPS, the customer will file the claim with the carrier.
Old Orchard Aquarium Online - Store explicitly recommends against using USPS as a carrier due to the high difficulty, complexity, and variation in the claims process.

Old Orchard Aquarium Online - Store will start a UPS or FedEx Damaged Items Claim, and Old Orchard Aquarium Online - Store will ship out a replacement for you right away.
DAMAGE CLAIMS
A damage claim will be filed with the carrier. Because the carrier may choose to pick up both the damaged item(s) and packaging material for inspection, we ask that you hold on to these items for 14 business days from the date you report the damage to us. If the carrier does not pick up the damaged merchandise within this time period, you may then dispose of the damaged item(s) and packaging material.
